How to Apply for an FDA Number
In order to ship alcohol into the US your company must be registered as a "Food Facility" first.
When you register your company, you will receive an FDA registration number. You can register your company by following the link below:
On the left side of the page you will see a box under Food Facility Registration Module. (An example of the page with active links is below the line on this page).
Click on the link for new accounts to start your registration process.
There are no charges on the US FDA site.

You will be given a temporary number in a matter of hours to use for your first shipment to the US; later you will be given a permanent number, both via the email address you provided during your registration process.
