Beverage Testing Institute Announces The 12th Annual World Value Wine Challenge
Posted on July 10, 2012
Created in 2001, this one-of-a-kind competition provides an arena where lower priced, and often overlooked wines, can gain accolades against their peers in the ever-expanding tier of value wines under $20. There are several style, price, and format categories.
Wine will be judged on a 100-point scale. For each wine recommended, BTI publishes awards, scores and tasting notes on Tastings.com. Wines scoring 80 points or more are also recognized with Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. Top 10 winners are then awarded for each category.

Winners will be announced on October 15, 2012.
