Wine Packaging Awards

In the highly competitive market, wine packaging has never been more important. Consumers are confronted, and sometimes overwhlemed, by an ocean of new wine brands. Creative logos, imagery, and graphics on wine bottles, labels, gift boxes, and cases draws attention to brands on crowded retail shelves, showcases a wine’s personality and style, and most importantly invites people to try new wines.

At the end of every year, Tastings.com invites a select panel of on-and-off premise wine buyers and managers, packaging designers, and journalists to judge not what’s in the bottle, but the bottle itself. We judge the paper labels, bottles, gift boxes, and cases that are such important elements of today’s dynamic and expanding wine market. Our December 2013 wine packaging competition brought in scores of entries from which we selected stand out designs. Below are the winners, runners up, and medalists.
