Bright copper color. Subtle aromas of dried fruits and praline follow through on a round, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with nice layers of ginger and spice cake. Finishes with a long, fruit and mineral fade. A delicious, understated and elegant and very well balanced VS Cognac. (tasted on Feb-11-2010)

Pale amber color. Aromas of spicy fig and raisin chutney and buttery roasted nuts follow through on a soft entry to a dryish medium body with caramel, quince, papaya, and pepper notes on the peppery, minerally finish. (tasted on Feb-11-2010)
