Rich deep ruby red color. Warm cranberry sauce aromas with a touch of vanilla custard. A round, slightly tannic entry leads to a very tangy, fruity sweet full body of pure cranberry and delicate honey flavors. Finishes with a 3-D cranberry fade with a nice herbal and moderately astringent character. Exceptionally pure and flavor; will make a powerful cosmo. (tasted on Aug-15-2007)
