Pale silvery straw color with a spritz of small bubbles. Aromas of creamy cashew brittle, melon gelato, and nectarine custard follow through on a silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with vibrant Meyer lemon and pineapple sorbet notes. Finishes with a long, crisp, palate stimulating fade. A delicious food wine that will shine with scallops. (tasted on Mar-15-2010)
