Golden topaz color. Aromas of orange marmalade, anise cookie and earth with a vibrant dryish medium body and a tart starfruit, green apple and lemon pith accented finish. (tasted on Jul-07-2011)

Straw green color. Bright aromas and flavors of lemon curd and honeyed brioche with a supple fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a crisp, dried white flower, tarragon, cream and limestone accented finish. A nice fruity brut for sipping or the table. (tasted on Jul-07-2011)

Pale silvery straw color. Bright aromas of Lemon curd on toast and praline with a crisp, dry-yet-fruity medium body and tart lime peel and balloon dust accented finish. Nice vibrant acidity for the table. (tasted on Jul-07-2011)

Pale silvery salmon pink color. Aromas of yeasty cherry cheese danish and waxy apple with a tangy, fruity-yet-dry medium body and a crisp, tart cherry and strawberry finish. A pleasant sipper or table wine. (tasted on Jul-11-2011)

Aromas of white grape and peach jellies, lychee, and pineapple cake with a crisp, frothy fruity-yet-dry medium body and a tart green apple sauce, cream sherry, and earthy mineral accented finish. Nice range of flavors and good structure; will go good with food. (tasted on Jul-07-2011)
