Pale straw color. Sautéed pepper and onions and cornichon aromas follow through on a soft, satiny entry to a dry medium body with great vibrant and loads of citrus peel and nectarine custard. Finishes with a long, mouthwatering finish. A unique stellar wine for crab legs. (tasted on Jan-22-2009)

Lemon curd, gooseberry and shallot aromas follow through on a soft, silky entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with tart grapefruit rind and yellow pepper notes on the crisp, lively finish. Spot on. (tasted on Jan-22-2009)

Pale golden straw color. Nectarine soufflé, pepper, and grapefruit aromas follow through on a bright silky entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with melon, fruit gum, and chalk notes. Finishes with a dry, mossy wet stone fade. A polished elegant style. (tasted on Jan-22-2009)

Pale straw color. Grassy aromas of overripe lemon, apple and grapefruit custard follow through on a crisp entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with nectarine, sautéed pepper, onion skin and yellow pepper notes on the refreshing, lively finish. Very nice. (tasted on Jan-22-2009)
