92 • Potomac Point Winery NV "Rabelos" Port-Style Dessert Wine, Virginia $33.
Deep purple gray color. Rich cherry butter, fig, date and papaya chutney aromas with a satiny fruity sweet full body and a long, chocolate bonbon and sweet and peppery spice finish. A delicious, robust, easy-drinking port on par with with some of the best ruby ports on the market. (tasted on Jan-10-2011)

Deep garnet purple color. Aromas of dried and baked fruits and berries, honey, and caramelized nuts with a supple, silky, fruity medium-to-full body and a creme brulee, craisin, tobacco, cocoa and spice accented finish. Very nicely styled with good complexity and depth. (tasted on Jan-17-2011)

Murky garnet indigo color, Aromas of pepper dust, roasted pepper, wax paper baked fruits, and cherry vinaigrette with a supple, soft, fruity medium-to-full body and a fig, prune, parchment and cedar accented finish with cottony tannins. (tasted on Jan-17-2011)
