Clear with a nickel cast. Bright aromas of Asian pear, melon gelato and star anise with a silky soft, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a zesty, creamy, powdered sugar, tapioca, honeyed dried citrus, and spicy poached apple finish. Delicious, vibrant and appetizing. (tasted on Nov-11-2010)
