Clear. Aromas and flavors of spiced jicama, pear custard, and rice candy have a nice floral note with a soft dryish light-to-medium body and a creamy pudding and anise accented finish. Bright, vibrant and flavorful. (tasted on Nov-11-2010)

Clear with a silvery straw cast. Mild aromas of candied lime zest, condensed milk, kiwi, and rice pastry with a supple, oily dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a waxy honeycomb, rice candy, and egg custard accented finish. A delicious and voluptuous sake that is sure to please. (tasted on Nov-11-2010)

Clear with a pale silvery straw color. Aromas of tapioca, bread crust, apple cider, and Asian pear skin with a supple, smooth dryish medium-to-full body and round, even, creamy and delicate spicy apple custard and praline finish. Refined and polished. (tasted on Nov-11-2010)

Clear with a faint nickel straw cast. Aromas of chocolate covered pretzel, pound cake, and malted milk powder with a round, supple dryish medium body and a smooth banana custard and sugared jicama finish. Tasty and very food friendly. (tasted on Nov-11-2010)

Clear with a nickel cast. Aromas of lemon polish, bees pollen, and wasabi root with a soft dryish medium body and a spicy tapioca, poached pear, and rice flour nuanced finish. (tasted on Nov-11-2010)
