Rich scarlet silver color. Ripe cherry butter and watermelon aromas with a crisp, tart, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a pleasant white strawberry and chewy tannin finish. A nicely structured table wine that will go great with duck confit. (tasted on Nov-22-2010)

Pale copper pink color. Sweet orange and peach marmalades, lychee, and honeysuckle aromas with a round, supple fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and perfumed plum and white grapefruit finish. Very tasty. (tasted on Nov-22-2010)

Pale nickel pink color. Bright strawberry and watermelon aromas with a crisp, buoyant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a deft touch of flinty minerality on the lively, mouthwatering finish. A very nice table wine. (tasted on Nov-22-2010)

Deep garnet violet color. Jammy aromas and flavors of strawberry butter, lavender, and grape jelly with a fruity medium body and a tangy cherry skin and watermelon finish. A tasty off-dry rose sipper. (tasted on Nov-22-2010)

Silvery deep pink color. Aromas of strawberry custard tart and warm cherry compote with a supple, fruit-yet-dry medium body and a tangy apple skin, peppery radish, and grassy earth accented finish. A smooth, flavorful and appealing rose for sipping or ostrich burgers. (tasted on Dec-06-2010)

Bright crimson color. Unusual aromas of cherry Chapstick, pork fat, and cranberry gelatin with a tangy, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a nice tart pomegranate, grape soda, and earth finish. An interesting arc of flavors; serve with goose or game birds. (tasted on Nov-15-2010)

Pale amber pink color. Bright raspberry jam and soda, dried peach, and leather aromas with a soft, tangy, dry-yet-fruity medium body and an oxidized fino sherry and blanched almond note on the finish. Drink up a serve like a sherry with olives and cheeses. (tasted on Nov-22-2010)
