Clear with a pale nickel straw cast. Lovely aromas of sliced honeycrisp apple, pineapple, creamy cashew nougat, and melon sorbet with a silky fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with a long, resonant peppery spice and mint accented finish. Great purity and poise. (tasted on Aug-18-2011)
