Deep garnet violet color. Lovely aromas of toffee, cedar, honeycomb, and blueberry cobbler a la mode follow through on a smooth, supple entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium-full body with excellent depth and highly polished oak beautifully supporting the fruit. Finishes with a long, creamy, nutty fade. Very sensual and enticing. Pair with filet mignon. (tasted on May-27-2009)

Deep ruby black color. Intriguing aromas of char-grilled peppers and tomatoes, thyme, pine needle, and mulberry cider follow through on a soft, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with cocoa and spice notes on the gentle raisin and earth accented fade. A very nice table wine to pair with meat and pasta dishes. (tasted on May-27-2009)

Aromas of cherry, cedar, and dried tomato follow through on a supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with cocoa, nutshell, raisin stem, and tilled earth notes. Finishes with a crisp, chewy tannin fade. A nice choice for gourmet lasagna. (tasted on May-27-2009)
