Violet color. Exotic aromas of honeydew melon, spiced mango, and huckleberry pudding follow through on a soft entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with good depth and balance. Finishes with a tangy sour cherry, blueberry and pencil shaving accented finish. Very nice, pair with spicy lamb or roasted turkey dishes. (tasted on Jun-07-2010)
