Clear with a faint silvery straw cast. Aromas of tapioca, banana pudding, pear, and praline follow through on a soft entry to dry-yet-fruity with very good depth and balance. Finishes with a creamy nougat, yuzu, and white peach accented fade. Very tasty. (tasted on Jun-15-2010)

Clear with a silvery straw cast. Lively aromas of Asian pear and star anise follow through on a round, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with notes of apple, pineapple core, and cream. Finishes with a long, peppery, umamish, radish, arugula, and mineral accented fade. Very stylish and food friendly. (tasted on Jun-15-2010)

Aromas of mangos, sweet cream, banana, almond, and pineapple pound cake follow through on a round, satiny entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium-full body with great depth and vibrancy. Finishes with a long, white toffee, papaya, radish, and mineral accented fade. A complex, delicious junmai. (tasted on Jun-15-2010)
