Clear with a faint nickel cast. Aromas and flavors of vanilla Turkish taffy, Asian pear, ripe pineapple, and pistachio nougat with a satiny dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and an apple, sweet potato, brown spice, mint water and pepper accented finish. Delicious. (tasted on Jun-23-2011)

Pale golden color. Aromas of vanilla almond bark, sherry sautéed mushroom, dried herbs and honeycomb with a silky dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a rich buttery caramelized pecan, toasted rice cake, soy, nutmeg and cola nut accented finish. A delicious aged sake with lots of complex umami and spice character. (tasted on Jun-23-2011)

Dried banana, cashew nougat, melon and pear custard tart aromas with a supple dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a slightly savory edamame, honeycomb, paprika and peppered jicama. An attractive and appetizing food sake that will be great with teriyaki and tempura. (tasted on Jun-07-2011)

Clear with a silvery cast. Aromas of vanilla cream soda, spiced plums and cherries, melon sorbet, peony and pink peppercorns with a satiny dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a balanced peppered nut, honeyed dried citrus, and wet earth accented finish.
