Deep violet color. Bright spicy cherry compote, cola nut, and perfumed skin aromas follow through on a silky entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with orange and cherry cola notes. Finishes with a crisp, refreshing vanilla and violet gum accented fade. Very sexy; pair with rabbit or braised short ribs. (tasted on Apr-15-2009)
