Aromas of black raspberry tart and sour cherry jam with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a chewy, spiced baked apple, raw cranberry and toasty cedar finish. A zesty, rustic table wine that will shine with boar and game. (tasted on May-29-2012)

Purple black color. Aromas of stewed berries and green tomatoes, stemmy herbs and cedar bark with a dry medium body and a tart pomegranate seed and charred twig and leaf finish with sharp, clunky tannins. This lopsided wine requires a fatty steak. (tasted on May-29-2012)
