Deep inky violet color. Sexy aromas of buttercream, nougat, toasted coconut, and blackberry pie crust follow through on a rich juicy entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with tangy black fruit and toffee flavors. Finishes with a long, mocha and vanilla custard accented fade. A delicious red to sip or serve with prime rib. (tasted on Feb-16-2009)

Opaque violet color. Bright aromas of boysenberry custard, rhubarb, and dried currant follow through on a silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with praline and poached apple notes.
