Silvery yellow color. Delicate aromas of lemon balm, almond skin, and kiwi follow through on a soft, bright entry to a dry light-to-medium body with pineapple, green onion, quartz minerality and silky, crabapple and lemon fade. A reserved dry style for oysters. (tasted on Mar-17-2009)

Golden yellow color. Spicy apricot compote, waxy honeycomb, and apple sauce aromas follow through on a soft, silky entry to a dryish medium body with good depth and soft acidity. Finishes with browned apple and kiwi accented fade. A nice sipper. (tasted on Mar-17-2009)
