Brilliant scarlet color with a silver cast. Ripe aromas of cherry pie and strawberry tart follow through on a round, supple entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with great depth and length. Finishes with a touch of buttery praline on the refreshing finish. Delicious flavor and great balance. (tasted on Mar-09-2009)

Deep crimson color. Vibrant aromas of baked cherry, bubble gum dust, and raspberry compote follow though on a round entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with rhubarb pie, sundried tomato, anise, and honey notes. Finishes with a long tangy cherry butter and spice fade. A delicious and vibrant rose that will shine with Asian duck dishes. (tasted on Mar-02-2009)

Salmon red color. Aromas of strawberries in cream with a touch of caramel and river stones follow through on a crisp entry to a dry light-to-medium body with tart apple and cherry skin notes. Finishes with a spicy, grilled citrus and mineral accented fade. A very nice dry and spicy rose reminiscent of a Provence. (tasted on Mar-02-2009)

Bright neon garnet color. Robust aromas of crushed cherries, acacia honey, and praline follow through on a round entry to a dryish medium body with roasted pepper, rhubarb and peppery spice notes. Finishes with a long, tangy pomegranate and bubblegum dust fade. Very nice. (tasted on Mar-16-2009)

Salmon pink silver color. Watermelon, mint leaf and cherry aromas follow through on a soft, breezy entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with juicy ripe fruit and delicate citrus zest notes. Finishes with a refreshing, watermelon sorbet like tangy fade. (tasted on Mar-09-2009)

Pretty pink orange topaz color is reminiscent of Bandol. Interesting aromas of buckwheat pancakes with lingonberry syrup and honeyed rye toast follow through on a brisk, crisp entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with tart rhubarb, wild forest berry, and crabapple notes. Finishes dryly with spiced apple and verbena notes. Different and fun, pair with spicy rabbit dishes. (tasted on Mar-09-2009)
