Pale silvery straw color. Aromas of apples, dried apple blossoms, and baked peach follow through on a soft, silky entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with tart lemon and tangerine notes. Finishes dryly with a long, elegant wet stone accented fade. A beautifully dry, Old World styled riesling to pair with seared scallops and grilled shrimp. (tasted on Aug-04-2009)

Light golden color. Rich aromas of crushed apples and peach cobbler have a wild yeast and steely mineral edge and follow through on a round entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with a nice interplay of taut fruit and minerality. Finishes dryly with a touch of lime, balloon dust and spice. Pair with Chinese five spice dishes. (tasted on Aug-04-2009)
