Deep garnet violet color. Aromas of baked cherries, pencil shavings, and roasted yellow peppers follow through on a round, silky entry to a dryish medium body with carrot, green tomato, and mineral notes. Finishes with a crisp, forcefully tannic fade. Pair with pot roasts with veggies. (tasted on Jul-13-2009)

Deep violet color. Round even aromas and flavors of melted chocolate, honeycomb and cherries follow through on a round entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with great acidity and a chewy tannin fade. A nice choice for lamb. (tasted on Jul-06-2009)
