Deep ruby black color. Aromas and flavors of craisins, chocolate mint, roasted pepper, incense, and leafy herbs with tangy, fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a chewy, fine tannin finish. Very flavorful and vibrant. (tasted on Aug-19-2013)

Ruby color. Aromas of pomegranate chutney, toffee, and clay with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tangy, roasted pepper, cedar, grape leaf, and nut finish with superfine tannins. Lovely restraint and balance that bode well for pairings. (tasted on Aug-19-2013)

Light ruby color. Aromas of roasted nuts, cherry skin, choco-mint, and clay with a soft, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a creamy chocolate mousse, praline, and incense accented finish. Great vibrant acidity for the table. (tasted on Aug-19-2013)

Deep garnet black color. Meaty, earthy aromas suggest peppered jerky, craisins and roasted almonds with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tangy, soy, wheatgrass and peppery spice accented finish. A very interesting range of lightly oxidized, umami flavors; pair with mushroom dishes and beef teriyaki. (tasted on Aug-19-2013)
