Slivery straw color. Grassy aromas and flavors of oak, vanilla, marzipan, and confectioners sugar, lemon, lime, pepper, grass, pink pepper, and freshly harvested garden herbs with a round, vibrant, dryish medium-to-full body and a tingling, appealing, medium-long finish that shows notes of vanilla buttercream, honey comb, papaya, pepper, lemon, ginger, and toasted cedar smoke. Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
