Medium gold color. Aromas and flavors of roasted dates, bananas foster, Arturo Fuente Añejo No. 77, and coconut cream with mocha with a round, crisp, dryish medium-to-full body and a hot, intricate, very long finish displaying notes of espresso bean in xo cognac, pepper, sandalwood, and salted caramel, cherry tobacco with apple butter on cinnamon toast, and passionfruit and papaya dark chocolate ice cream. Don’t let the ABV fool you, this is as approachable and delightful as any high proof Rum can be; a classy spirit that will only continue to evolve from a little water.
