Clear color. Earthy, herbal, meaty aromas of sea salt, papaya, and sweet corn with a supple, soft, dryish light body and a smooth, engaging, medium-length nougat, stone, white pepper, plum, and pear finish. A dry, reserved blanco for refined sipping.
