Bright ruby copper color. Aromas of chocolate, halvah, dried meat, and yeasty sourdough nut bread with a supple, fine carbonated dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a long, balanced fruit cake, spice, licorice, root vegetable and greens accented finish.
