Golden amber color. Wonderfully spicy bread pudding and creme brulee with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with cocoa, marmalade, and peppery spices on the long, seamless grain, grassy earth, pepper and fennel-like hop finish. A great US saison. (tasted on May-09-2012)
