Golden straw green color. Effusive aromas of exotic tropical fruit and goat's milk custard and gouda, grilled pineapples and kiwis, leather, cedar and white chocolate with a silky fruity-yet-dry medium-full body and a long elegant cigar wrapper ash, anise, starfruit, and chocolate roasted nuts finish. Very vibrantly flavorful, complex and elegant. (tasted on Aug-23-2011)

Clear with a silver cast. Bright aromas of white chocolate dipped strawberries, pickled pepper and exotic tropical fruit and blossoms, punches and custards with a supple dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and long, complex, delicately smoky incense dried fruit, and leather accented finish. Amazingly vibrant and alluring. (tasted on Aug-23-2011)

Pale golden color. Aromas and flavors of buttery praline, smoky cedar, grilled coconut, and oiled leather with a supple, lightly tannic dryish medium-to-full body and a warming lightly creamy, singed herb, lit cigar, flint, white pepper and oak spice accented finish. A elegant, dry oak-aged mezcal that will be great with cigars. (tasted on Sep-02-2011)

Pale golden silver color. Aromas and flavors of charred cedar campfire logs, burnt smores and yams, and pineapple flan with a silky dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a grilled banana, guava and zucchini bread and smoky medicinal herb and hay accented finish. A captivatingly smoky and beguiling mezcal that is very finely balanced. (tasted on Aug-23-2011)

Silvery color with a faint straw green cast. Aromas of smoked herbs, grilled tropical fruits, straw, and nougat with a supple dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a long, grassy, tarragon, rosemary, charred pine and tar accented finish. Super clean, pure and robust. Will be great in cocktails. (tasted on Sep-02-2011)

Clear. Bright smoky aromas of char-roasted pineapples, plantains, and herbs, honey and delicate fuel-like notes with a supple dryish medium body and a grilled pear, chili pepper, and smoky white ash driven finish. Excellent purity, poise, and penetration. (tasted on Sep-02-2011)

Very pale golden yellow color. Aromas of saddle soap, conditioned leather, nut oil, granola, and sautéed squash with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a creamy vanilla, lit beeswax candle and white cigar ash accented finish. Very pleasant, approachable and mixable. (tasted on Aug-23-2011)
