Bright yellow color with big bubbles on the glass. Dense aromas of clay pot baked apricot stew and porridge follow through on a spry entry to a lightly viscous, very fruity sweet medium body great intensity and purity with honeyed golden raisin and cream notes. Finishes with a nice wash of riverstone minerality on the gentle, citrus kissed finish. A nice, aisles styled wine to pair with pound cake and blue cheeses. (tasted on Oct-12-2009)

Aromas of dried apricot, honey, and golden raisin compote follow through on round, supple entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with delicate tar-like mineral and very subtle botrytis notes. Finishes with a drying, wave of red clay, chalk, and chewy fruit tannins. A very expressive kabinett for the table; pair with seared scallops. (tasted on Oct-19-2009)
