Brilliant straw hue with a slight spritz. Attractive, minerally lanolin and apple nose. A crisp entry leads a drying, medium-bodied palate with sharp acidity. A stylish, zesty, steely Riesling. Will develop over the next year or two. (tasted on Aug-15-2009)

Pale silvery straw gold color. Aromas of peaches, pears, and sweet cream follow through on a soft, silky entry to a fruity-yet-dry light-to-medium body with tangy sweet grapefruit and tangelo notes. Finishes with a tart, racy, light earthy fade. A great choice for spicy Asian seafood dishes. (tasted on Aug-17-2009)

Bright mead-like aromas of crushed honeycomb, golden raisin, and nectarine have a yeasty baguette dough edge and follow through on a soft, supple entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with tangy, dimensional nectarine notes through on crisp, mossy stone and brine accented finish. Light golden color. Honeyed peach and candle wax aromas follow through on a soft, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body with hints of sweet lemon and tangerine peel.
