Honeycrisp apples, yellow delicious apples, lemon zest and maple sugar on the nose with a dry, crisp apple palate and refreshing finish. Just a hint of sweet but with the acidity to keep you going back for more. Simply apply delicious. (tasted on Sep-13-2012)

Floral pineapple, lychee, guava, banana, white peaches and Asian pear in a light, off dry style. Especially effervescent with low acidity makes it a dessert sipper, but lacks balancing acidity to refresh the palate. (tasted on Sep-27-2012)

Ripe Pears, honeydew melon and firm nectarines on the nose with a crisp dry palate. Finish is crisp and short but without flaws. No yeast notes to speak of, just crisp fruit. Well-balanced. (tasted on Sep-13-2012)
