Pale straw green color. Interesting aromas of pickled melon and cucumber and spiced apple with a silky, fruity light-to-medium body and a tangy pineapple and quince finish. Very tidy, tasty, and distinctive. (tasted on Sep-19-2013)

Pale straw. Lightly sulfury aromas of white grapefruit zest, lemongrass, rosemary and wet creek stones. Crisp citrus, apple skin and dried herbs lead the flavors. Tart and well-structured if a bit angular. Crisp, lip smacking finish. A Sauvignon Blanc not afraid to be a Sauvignon Blanc. (tasted on Sep-16-2013)

Dry and well balanced between the apple/pear tartness and a touch of tropical. Oak enhances but does not overpower the fruit. An elegant, balanced style verging on old world qualities.
