Pretty garnet color. Aromas of strawberry-raspberry jam, pencil shavings, and Moroccan orange cake follow through on soft, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with tangy black cherry and spice notes. Finishes with a touch of grilled pepper, cedar, and supple balanced tannins. A great choice for grilled pork chops. (tasted on Feb-24-2009)

Deep ruby black color. Aromas of dried cherry, dark roasted nuts, smoldering beeswax candle, and green peppercorns follow through on a round, supple entry to a dry medium-to-full body with sundried tomato and toasty cedar notes. Finishes with a crisp, chewy tannin fade. A nice table wine to serve with charred steaks. (tasted on Feb-24-2009)

Deep garnet. Aromas of plums, coconut wax and lipstick follow through on a soft, brisk entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with cranberry and roasted pepper notes. Finishes with a dusty, tangy tannin fade. Needs a good flank steak. (tasted on Feb-23-2009)

Inky ruby black color. Aromas of cocoa dusted roasted almonds and sour cherry compote follow through on a crisp entry to a dry medium body with wet cedar and roasted green pepper notes. Finishes in a firm, chewy powdery tannin fade with brown apple and nutshell accents. Give this a year or so to soften up. (tasted on Feb-24-2009)

Deep garnet color. Vanilla bean and pie crust aromas. Tart and tangy pomegranate and green tomato flavors with a dry light body and a firm, cedar and mossy earth fade with firm, grainy wood tannins. (tasted on Feb-23-2009)
