Garnet. Aromas of banana, meringue, clay and heirloom tomato follow through on a soft, round entry to a dryish medium body with good depth and acidity and lots of earth. Finishes with a tart, green tomato and cherry skin fade with elegant tannins. A nice food wine to pair with braised pork. (tasted on Jun-19-2009)

Garnet violet color. Dark chocolate covered coffee bean, creme brulee crust, and spicy cherry compote aromas follow through on a soft, round entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with great fruit, balance and lot of earthiness. Finishes with a long, craisin, mineral, wet cedar, and dusty spice fade. A great choice to pair with lamb. (tasted on Jun-19-2009)

Dusty craisin, India ink, clay, custard, and antique vellum aromas follow through round supple entry with great balance and depth. Finishes with a long, craisin, menthol tobacco, tilled earth, and poached apple fade with dusty tannins. A great choice for prime rib. (tasted on Jun-19-2009)

Aromas of chocolate, clay, creamy nougat, and dried black cherries follow through on a round entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with tangy dried citrus, tomato, and spice notes. Finishes with a crisp, slightly pithy tannin fade. (tasted on Jun-19-2009)
