Aromas of lemon curd, buttered brioche and pineapple custard follow through on a round, effervescent entry to a tangy, fruity-yet-dry medium body with banana creme brulee and and praline notes. Aromas of spicy poached apple, pineapple custard pastry, and toasty praline follow through on a rich, vibrant entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with lot of tart honeyed lemon and lime peel notes and a wet mossy stone minerality on the long, zesty finish.
