Pale golden color. Aromas of lemon curd, buttered brioche and pineapple custard follow through on a round, effervescent entry to a tangy, fruity-yet-dry medium body with banana creme brulee and and praline notes. Finishes with a nice wave of citrusy acidity and touch of wet minerals. Very nice fruit and elegant, balanced structure. (tasted on Jun-18-2009)

Silvery pink color with resilient fine white mousse. Lovely aromas of cherry preserves on rye toast and honeyed nuts follow through on a lively entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with white strawberry, kiwi, and spice notes. Finishes with a long, polished fade. (tasted on Jun-18-2009)

Rich golden color. Aromas of spicy poached apple, pineapple custard pastry, and toasty praline follow through on a rich, vibrant entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with lot of tart honeyed lemon and lime peel notes and a wet mossy stone minerality on the long, zesty finish. A great cutting food sparkler to try to creamy dishes or bbq. (tasted on Jun-18-2009)

Pink amber color with a nickel gray cast and rim of bubbles. Aromas of strawberry pie and praline follow through on a rich entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with tangy citrus, peach skin, and cherry notes. Finishes with a zesty, mineral and strawberry seed accented fade. Excellent vibrancy and balance. (tasted on Jun-18-2009)
