Deep garnet black color. Olive tapenade, strawberry-raspberry gelato and toasted meringue aromas follow through on a rich, satiny entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-full body with superb depth,and amazingly balanced mouthwatering acidity. Concludes with a long, jazzy cocoa and delicate herb and spice nuanced finale. A fantastic sipper or table wine to pair with mushroom risotto, duck confit, or pasta carbonara. (tasted on Jul-12-2010)

Deep violet black color. Rich aromas of crushed raspberry, chocolate wafer cookie, and vanilla cream have a subtle hint of oregano and baking spices and follow through on a supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with chocolate malt shake, boysenberry and dusty mineral notes on the zesty rosemary nuanced, smooth tannin finish. A delicious and lively shiraz that will excel with spicy Latin or Asian beef dishes. (tasted on Jul-12-2010)

Spicy blueberry compote, eucalyptus and kid leather aromas follow through on a supple, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with very good depth and smooth balance. Finishes with a long, herb and spice accented fade with plush, chewy tannins. A very nice sipper or pair with spicy sausage dishes. (tasted on Jul-12-2010)

Aromas of olive, leather, clay, and raspberry vinaigrette follow through on round, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with good depth and honeycomb, roasted parsnip and spice notes on the, round, powdery tannin finish. An appetizingly fruity and savory shiraz that will shine a the table with gourmet Kobe burgers. (tasted on Jul-12-2010)
