Straw green color. Aromas of lemon curd and yeasty bread dough with a very crisp dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full and a very tart green apple and lime marmalade finish. A racy sparkler that will cut through food like a knife. (tasted on Jul-07-2011)

Pale straw green color with a lush, long lingering, superfine mousse. Aromas of lime zest, brioche and minerals with a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a long, finesseful pure nectarine, butter cookie and earth accented finish. A beautiful, elegant Blanc de Blanc. (tasted on Jul-07-2011)

Straw green color. Aromas of lemon cheese danish and lime leaf with a supple fruity-yet-dry medium body and a tangy nectarine and clementine finish. Very tasty and appetizing. (tasted on Jul-07-2011)

Bright golden yellow color. Aromas of spicy nectarine jam, nougat, and pound cake with a supple fruity medium body and a tart nectarine skin and caramel apple finish. A very nice fruity sipper, that is sure to please. (tasted on Jul-07-2011)

Golden yellow color. Aromas toffee and cooked citrus with a tart dryish medium body and a smoky roasted spiced nut, baked apple, wet stone and a starfruit finish. A nice reserved style that will go well with oysters Rockafeller. (tasted on Jul-07-2011)
