Pale straw green color. Baked apricot, caramelized pineapple, and exotic honey aromas and flavors with excellent fruit, depth, and length. Finishes with a touch of potpourri and citrus marmalade. Very juicy and refreshing; pair with scallops with a hazelnut crust. (tasted on Nov-03-2008)

Pale golden color. Melon custard, anise seed, and floral dried apricot aromas follow through on a soft, glycerous entry to dry-yet-fruity medium body with cream and pear skin notes. Finishes with a refreshing and crisp toasted meringue and citrus pudding accented fade. Nice balance and style; serve with blackened skate wing. (tasted on Nov-03-2008)

Baked peach, flowers, creme brulee, and pink peppercorn aromas follow through on a round, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruit medium-to-full body with melon rind, golden raisin, and green apple sauce notes. Finishes with a crisp, tangy peppery spice and vanilla bean accented fade. (tasted on Nov-03-2008)

Silver straw color. Pungent cat's pee, baked lime, and tomato leaf aromas are more akin to NZ sauvignon blanc than viognier and follow through on a round entry to a dryish medium body with grapefruit rind, tart peach skin, and straw flavors. Finishes with crisp, tangy fade. Odd, but refreshing pair with quail and spicy Asian chicken dishes. (tasted on Nov-03-2008)

Spicy buttercream, melon, baked pineapple, and raisin cake aromas have a touch of rubber and follow through on a soft, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-full body with soft acidity and a tangy peach marmalade note.
