Bright yellow-straw hue. Ripe, toasty, leesy nose. A rich entry leads a weighty, full-bodied palate with maturing Champagne flavors. Rich and rounded with soft acidity and a warming finish. A big PG that will work well when tired of high-oak Chardonnays. (tasted on Oct-05-2009)
