Deep garnet violet color. Aromas of sautéed pepper, craisins, clay, and tomato skin follow through on a silky entry to a dryish medium body with good depth and balance and a supple texture. Finishes with a tangy berry skin, mint leaf, and peppercorn accented fade. A fun, refreshing table wine. (tasted on Jan-27-2009)

Violet garnet color. Aromas of chocolate, dried lavender, bilberry, and thyme follow through on a brisk entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with dried cherry, tomato and berry notes and a tangy, dusty mineral and cedar tannin fade. A tidy, herbal well proportioned table wine. (tasted on Jan-27-2009)

Dull garnet color. Barnyard mud, reed, meat, and baked berry aromas follow through on a soft entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with graphite and dried cherry notes. Finishes with a tangy dried berry and cocoa-dusted citrus fade. (tasted on Jan-27-2009)

Deep ruby color. Aromas of cherry compote, clay, and vanilla bean follow through on a soft, satiny entry to fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with powerful sour cherry,potpourri, and pepper notes. Finishes with a long, tangy mouthwatering wet mineral accented fade. Nice purity and intensity of cherry fruit. A perky, natural choice for pork loin. (tasted on Feb-02-2009)

Deep ruby color with a violet rim. Chocolate, mint, sage, and boysenberry custard aromas follow through on a soft, bright entry to a dryish medium body with pencil shaving and tomato notes. Finishes with a tart, tangy cedar and mineral fade with chewy tannins. Serve with osso bucco. (tasted on Jan-27-2009)
