Pale golden yellow color. Spicy aromas of mango custard and gingerbread follow through on silky entry to a moderately sweet medium-to-full body with layers of tangy dried peach, floral honey, and pineapple. Finishes with a long, juicy, refreshing fade with a hint of praline. A delicious and balanced dessert wine to pair with dessert or cheeses. (tasted on Dec-05-2008)

Burnished deep amber color. Complex aromas of dried apricot, suede, and floral honey follow through on a supple entry to a moderately sweet medium-full body with great depth and a long, tangy, spicy orange and apple peel accented fade. Golden color. Aromas of creme brulee, toasted coconut, and dried mango follow through on a supple entry to a fruity sweet medium body with nice depth of fruit and bright acidity. Finishes with a dried white flower and spicy pineapple compote accented fade. A mellow, drier American oak influenced dessert wine tat will go great with nuts, cheeses, and pies.
