Shy dusty berry and custard aromas. Rich dry berry and raisin flavor with a touch of melted chocolate and peppery spice. Excellent smoothness and integration of flavors with a charred nut, toffee and earthy finish. (tasted on Dec-05-2008)

Pretty copper red color. Aromas of toffee and dried fruits follow through on a supple, satiny entry to a sweet medium-full body with a spot on nutty sherried character and lingering raisin and fig and cocoa dusted nut finish. Delicious. (tasted on Dec-05-2008)

Deep garnet. Dusty berry, cocoa, and spice. Smooth and supple with a solid "four grapes" character. Pencil shaving, dried currant, dark nuts, and spice on the finish. Very reminiscent of a true Oporto and built to age. (tasted on Dec-05-2008)
