Ruby color. Meaty aromas suggest Italian sausage, sun-dried tomato, cocoa, and green peppercorns with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a baked apple, cedar and earth accented finish. A solid table wine. (tasted on Feb-06-2012)

Dusty plum red color. Aromas of melted chocolate, beeswax, and baked berry aromas with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tart craisin and chewy tannin finish. Nice structure and style. (tasted on Jan-24-2012)

Garnet violet color. Aromas of mocha gelato, waxy honeycomb, and goji berries with a silky, dryish medium body and a tangy, mulberry and pekoe tea accented finish. (tasted on Jan-24-2012)

Deep ruby black color. Slightly stemmy aromas of beeswax candle, smoked pepper, and tomato-cranberry relish with a dry light-to-medium body and a grilled green tomato on the vine and apple core finish. Earthy and rustic. Needs food, serve with rabbit stew. (tasted on Jan-30-2012)
