Ruby color. Lovely aromas chocolate, crusty apple-berry tart, and baking spices with a silky, fruity-yet-dry medium body and a long, highly polished cherry and cedar accented finish. A wonderfully supple, delicious and balanced pinot. (tasted on Feb-06-2012)

Tawny red brick color. Aromas of baked berries, honeycomb, and forest floor with a silky dry-yet-fruity medium body and a chocolate covered craisin, dried tomato and peppery spice finish. A fine food wine. (tasted on Jan-24-2012)

Deep garnet color. Aromas of cherry, chocolate, and cedar with a silky, dryish medium body and a touch of ripe tomato, sea salt, and slate on the lightly chewy finish. A very nice, dry, structured pinot for the table. (tasted on Jan-30-2012)

Pale garnet color. Aromas of salted tomatoes, dried cherries, and cedar with a silky dryish medium body and a dusty apple skin, sandalwood and cranberry finish. A nice savory table wine. (tasted on Jan-30-2012)

Garnet color. Slightly stemmy aromas of chalk eraser, tomato vines, and cranberries with a savory, dryish light-to-medium body and a tangy, fried green tomato, spiced nut and pomegranate finish. Serve with boar or mushroom risotto. (tasted on Jan-30-2012)
