Ruby black color. Peppermint toffee, herb, clay and red pepper aromas follow through on a soft, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with tomato puree, pomegranate, cedar, and spice notes. Finishes with an earthy mint leaf, tomato peel, and dusty tannin fade. Excellent fruit and balance with a lot of character. (tasted on Nov-18-2008)
