Overripe melon, fruit gum, and peppery spice aromas have a coppery tang and follow through on a lively entry to fruity-yet-dry light-to-medium body with coconut milk, pastry dough and pear skin notes. Finishes with a dusty fruit, cream, and five spice accented fade. (tasted on Dec-11-2008)

Pale silvery straw color. Paper mache, overripe melon and nutty nougat aromas follow through on a round entry to a dryish medium body with cashew fruit and honeyed phyllo dough notes. Finishes with a quick, crisp melon fruit, honey and nut fade. Interesting. (tasted on Dec-11-2008)

Lush aromas of lychee, Asian pear, and nougat follow though on a delicate, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body with bright ripe starfruit and kiwi notes. Finishes with a lively, delicately spicy bubblegum wrapper dust fade. A wonderfully balanced, classical styled and engaging sake for the table; pair with mild sushi. (tasted on Dec-11-2008)
