Bright opaque cream white color. Earthy singed anise, horse mane, and banana-coconut custard aromas follow through on a bristling, lively entry to a fruity medium-to-full body with honey baked apple, Asian pear skin, and praline notes. Finishes with a crisp, delicately fruity and spicy, balsa accented fade. A nicely styled after dinner sipper; pair with bonbons and petit fours. (tasted on Dec-16-2008)

Cloudy white marble color. Baked parchment paper, savory rice noodle, and rice candy aromas follow through on a vibrant round entry to a fruity medium-full body with candied apple and papaya accents. Finishes with a dash of honey, pepper, and red bean puree. A fun, lively nigori to pair with red bean ice cream. (tasted on Dec-16-2008)

Opaque creamy bone white color. Aromas of creamy rice pudding with delicate spice, sandalwood, and horsehair brush follow through on a round, supple entry to a gritty, fruity-yet-dry medium-full body with mealy pear and powdered honey notes. Finishes with a tannic powdered milk, pulpy paper mache, and nutskin fade. Serve with spicy Thai curries. (tasted on Dec-16-2008)
